I really like the news link! Sometimes when there is not enough surfing time in a day, this makes it really nice to go here, click and get "all the news that is news" on Illini hoops!

Been outta the office for several days and really miss not having access to a computer to get my daily dose of Illinoisloyalty.com! Feels like I am away from family! So much catching up on the forums.....

March Maddness is going to be so fun this year!!

Update. Stories on the News page are now highlighted with a "today" graphic to indicate if the story was posted... today.

What qualifies as "news".....is this a serious forum for issues like politics....or can we post stuff like "World's Largest Baby comsumes Dolphin at Zoo."???????????

Be sure to put "Sports" news in the "Sports" forums and non-sports in the "General Chat".

This thread is a discussion of the "News" section of the site, which displays headlines from other sites. The headlines are in the category of Illinois sports or college sports in general, but otherwise I have no control of the headlines.

I'd like to add Dawson's Blog to the News section, but News-Gazette.com hasn't made their feed available. :confused:

I guess I shouldn't complain, I'm surprised Dawson's Blog isn't part of the pay subscription "SportsFacts" area.
