Thats a good question. I've heard that its just because he is like 98% sure and that he said he can't be sure of any decision 100% but that Illinois is it. But I would still like more of an explanation.

Soft verbal just means Juice is going to take all his visits (and with the stories I've heard from some friends that were recruiting to play HS ball and took visits, I Know why :cool: ).

With the way this man has been talking on those football forums on the IB, there is no chance he is going to go anywhere else. Plus, really when you committ as early as Juice did, it can only be a soft verbal.

If Juice wants to take a couple vacations before he starts his senior year, I am more than happy to let him . . . as long as his last vacation is a four year trip to Chambana! :cool:
