Posting Movies and Other Files on Illinois Loyalty

I've been a member of Illinois Loyalty board for a while, and I've noticed people posting picture and movie files. Most of the hosts they use allow only 100 MB, some even accept files only up to 10 MB in size. I
think Illinois Loyalty would get much better videos and pictures if people were able to post HUGE files and databases. Also, most hosts only allow pics and videos. What if you want to post shareware or data files?

I use a new site that lets you upload up to 500MB of ANY type of file WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS. Check out badongo.com http://www.badongo.com It's a free hosting server that lets you upload files in whatever format. In addition, you can upload softwares, movies, vids, etc. up to 500 MB. Whatever you wanna upload, they support that format no questions asked. If you want your files to stay there, make sure to read their terms and conditions.

I think Illinois Loyalty would get much better videos and pictures if people were able to post HUGE files...Members can post fairly large individual pictures now. The total storage space is not very large at the moment, at some point the space allocation will be raised. Videos are posted on a case-by-case basis; contact me if you have one you want posted.

Also, most hosts only allow pics and videos. What if you want to post shareware or data files?Media only relating to Illini sports can be uploaded on Illinois Loyalty. For all other file types you'll have to use a different service.

What are the size limit's to the video's? Last season I took my dv cam with me to a few games and captured the 3in1 halftime, Flags around the hall (william tell) and the introduction video (champs are here) Im at my pc at work so I can't tell you exactly how big these files are but Im thinking there not bigger than 25mb or so and the rest are a bit smaller.

I would love to share them with the rest of the Illini fans out there! They were pretty popular on IlliniTorrent...until the new site change and lost everything..and now my isp doesn't really allow torrent traffic. :(
