I'm not exactly sure what you are talking about? Little help?

First, you need 25 posts for an avatar. Then, you click:

"User CP", then

"Edit Avatar"

From there you can upload your avatar, it needs to be an image located on your own hard drive. Sorry, I can't help you in creating an image.

Eventually it'll give you an option to upload it. Strangely it took me 27 posts. But, it has to be an 80 x 80 image. K?

Strangely it took me 27 posts.That's true, it's not automatic once you hit 25 posts. You have to wait a few hours I think for the permission to kick in on the system.
