Iowa offered Josh Augusta recently, it looks like. Saw a story the said he added 2 Big 10 offers today, but Iowa is the only one that has popped up on rivals so far.

He is not a recruit, but it appears that sophomore RB Tra Carson is leaving Oregon. He'd fit this offense just fine.

I like it, the more kids you get on campus and comfortable with the program, the better.

As stated many times, we should be OK at LB. We only would be possibly taking 2 or 3 at most, so I think we can afford to be picky. Probably why he was not offered yet. Sort of a fallback option who might have received an offer later in the year maybe. Guess he wanted to end the process now.

I read on Scout that Darian Hicks will be visiting sometime this month. That kid is a baller at a position we need. Hes a play making DB and we all know we need DB help.

That's kind of what I figured. Looks to me like he was excited about getting his first Big10 offer, and jumped on it right away. When he watches Indiana go 2-10 again this year he might have different thoughts.
