Nah...he's a TE all the way. I mean sure He'll help on ST. But you don't recruit for guys to help on ST. You recruit Off/Def then work your guys into the ST.

Yes I agree. I'm not saying he won't play offense but he will definitely be used on ST to help with the man on man blocking that TB talks about that we sorely lack.

Quhawak you are right about Hermosillo because also talked about getting ready for baseball.
Petty's tape lists him as 190 lbs and the way he hits it is probably accurate.

I thought that was obvious. he answered someone's tweet about a week ago saying he didn't know where he was going.

His "commitment" always felt soft.

He'll now be on his 3rd commitment. I'm guessing he sees Monheim and Svetina and isn't sure he can beat them out.

He's got a chance at playing time here too.
Iowa fans are also calling for Ferentz's head so it's not like their program is more stable right now anyways. In fact, Ferentz has a better shot at being fired than Beckman does at this year and it's not even close.

We'll see where this all ends up but as someone said, he's already made 2 commitments and backed out of both so we'll see what happens.

Now this is correct. With JB (maybe), Monheim, Svetina, Dickinson, Neal that's pretty deep for just 2 LB spots.

He's probably going for a Big Ten three-peat now (Indiana, Illinois, Iowa)

As quickly as he committed then decommitted from Indiana, I wasn't ever sure that Illinois would hold onto him for certain.

The thing I guess that bothers me is that I'm betting the Iowa offer came because they knew they could probably pry him away from Illinois easily because of his personality.

FWIW, Reese Fleming was his host, and it was a chicago kid Reggie was close to before he headed to Iowa.

What he fails to tell them is that the impact will be against the ground due to poor O-line blocking.
