Finke 10 pts, 8 rbs; Bazley 27 pts. Wonder if we could get in on him? Can see why it was such a story when he decommitted from tOSU.

I hope somebody had a camera on him tonight because that would be some highlight tape. 3's, dunks, bullin' down the lane, tip-toe'n down the baseline, ripping down rebounds. Making some fantastic passes, including about 3 balls off the big guy's hands that would have been an easy 2 points. By far the best game I've seen him have and one of the best I've seen at EYBL this year.
Chin, do your stuff!!

Quit comparing HS players to NBA players. If someone asks if he's like Draymond Green, at least compare him to Draymond Green the MSU player. It's totally pointless to make comparisons of players who are 2 levels of ball apart.
Agree with you on the point, mine however stays the same (insert MSU Green), same analysis stands up I think.

Wait, you went to the University of Illinois and don't know how to pronounce "udder"? You're an utter disgrace, son.

If there's any question, it's like this: http://www.thefreedictionary.com/udder

Are we really bringing up this conversation again?! It's ok to compare the style of an nba player to the style of a high school kid. If I say he reminds me of draymond green it means he is a do it all forward you plas great defense. Not that he is a nba champion and all star... people should easily understand that. Or should we start comparing high school kids to other high schoolers that know one has a clue about?

He was referencing the debate over how to pronounce "Ubben." I'm pretty sure it was just a joke.

Fire against RM5 (TX). THT immediately grabs a rebound in traffic and on the other end drives the lane with the finger roll. Fire up 7-5.

RM5 have Tyrese Maxey and Gerald Liddell. Both either high 4 stars or 5 stars. (didn't look it up but am very familiar with the names.) Demarius Jacobs appears to be back for MIF. Fire leads 20-19.

THT nice drive and dish to Dobbs for 3. Ayo hits a pretty runner. Liddell is a wrecking crew so far.

Fire up 40-33 at half. THT just missed an under the basket reverse layup at the buzzer.

THT and Ayo get a breather and the Fire turns it over 3 times in a row for RM5 buckets. Fire up 51-46, Ayo and THT back in.

Josh Gershon‏Verified account @JoshGershon 58m58 minutes ago
2018 CIA Bounce hybrid forward Ignas Brazdeikis is extremely productive. Good size, relentless as attacker and can score inside.
Derek Piper‏ @DPiperScout 26m26 minutes ago
Ayo finishes off a strong and-one take. Has that floor game going. Dribble drive is effortless

THT athletic block on one end leads to Ayo run out on the other. But no bigs and no depth is catching up with Fire. They trail by 3. RM5 have actual athletic bigs who aren't sticks or overweight, unlike MIF.

I feel like the Fire should reach out and get Francis Okoro or something. Could make all the difference.

great high-def cameras right on the floor, and you can see all 7 games on different screens. 20 bucks a month though.

If the Fire had Okoro they'd be 7-3 or better instead of 3-7. The Irvins keep using their perimeter game with a couple of bigs who just rebound and clean up -- that works well in high school, but when they use those same bigs (and 2 of their 3 bigs are from MP and the other is an Ohio kid who is over 300 pounds, can't jump and has hands of stone) against d1 level kids, it just doesn't work. Ayo, THT and Demarius Jacobs do the perimeter part great, but inside it's a disaster against a team with a guy like Liddell. And most EYBL teams have high d1 bigs. Burrell is the best the Fire have and he's MAC level. The guy they relied on last year (Henry) signed with Northern Arizona. Just not the same level of talent.

EJ Liddell with 25 pts and 4 blocks for BB 17U; Okoro 8/8. Don't think EJ will be going back to 16U anytime soon.
Iggy 16/8; Simi 20 pts.
