the dmac out of shape thing is weird as well... first off i did not see him over the last 4 years asking to come out of games cuz of fatigue and second iirc coach price said basically when he takes his shirt off he could be in a P90X commerical....!!!!!!
so maybe it is just his particalur build/frame and he is in shape just thicker body type. idk, but i dont think he is out of shape fwiw |

If a team is not driving to the basket or setting picks to get to the basket then they don't get many fouls. You don't get many fouls passing the ball around the perimeter.
The Illini are at their best when they drive or pass inside to Davis and JRich and then kick it back out to the perimeter for the open shot. Driving is part of getting to the line but in my opinion our offense is best when it mixes up the drive and the perimeter shot. Its probably not as easy to do as it looks. |

I have a tough time believing this. Christmas break couldn't have meant more than a few days without practices, so he would have to really be forcing down the sweet potatos and glazed ham to put on that kind of weight in the middle of the season.

I was told he weighed in about 10 pounds heavier than he was at earlier in the season. Some of it he might have gained in late November and December. Bottom line is he got heavier and lost a step. He seems a bit quicker now, having worked himself back in shape.
