Tell the AD the color scheme for ILLINOIS' pro team - the CHICAGO BEARS - is also O&B.

And he wants to develop a better image in the CHICAGOLAND area?

Agree, I am quite excited to see what kind of progress Thomas can make. He seems like a great hire so far. Has a lot of great ideas for our AD.
