Apatow, who had a radioactive stress test Wednesday, was pulled over later in the day, in Newtown, by a state police trooper after a radioactivity detector in the trooper's car was set off when Apatow passed. The officer...approached and saw that the naked man was actually chewing the other man's head, according to witnesses. The officer ordered the naked man to back away, and when he continued the assault, the officer shot him.
The attacker continued to eat the man, despite being shot, forcing the officer to continue firing. Witnesses said they heard at least a half dozen shots.

Joppa Man Charged After Alleged Cannibalism, Murder

Alexander Kinyua, 21, of 535 Terrapin Terrace in Joppatowne, has been charged with first-degree murder, first-degree assault and second-degree assault, according to a press release from the Harford County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday night.

According to charging documents, Kinyua—a Morgan State University student—allegedly told detectives that he killed Kujoe Bonsafo Agyei-Kodie, cut him up with a knife then ate part of the dead man's heart and brain before hiding body parts in his basement.

Toddler threw 9mm on the floor when cop reached for it

A police sergeant looked in the passenger side window and saw the little girl clutching a 9mm pistol, the Tribune reported.

The officer tried to take the weapon from her, but the girl threw it on the floor, cops said.

Luckily, it didn't go off.

Cops said the gun was loaded with eight rounds.

Jessica J. Sims, 29, and Kevin L. Brown, 35, both of Benton, are accused of stealing two packs of Dilly Bars and a quart of ice cream from the Dairy Queen in Benton, according to the Benton Police Department.

Sims and Brown were caught on video surveillance, police said.

Identification was not difficult, police said, as the two recently had stopped into the same restaurant and filled out employment applications.

The victim’s mother suggested in court that Huffman take anger management classes.

Huffman said he had in fact taken 60 hours of such classes while at the city jail. He showed his yellow certificate to the judge. Judge Edward Sweeney decided on 12 years, just above the average sentence for the crime and five years more than the maximum the defense requested.

Huffman retreated into a long silence. Then he threatened the victim, and as Sweeney ruled Huffman was in contempt of court, yelled, “You just raised a (expletive) animal!” Witnesses said he continued to mouth off outside the courtroom and attacked one of the deputies. He was shot with a Taser

Mom given bill to clean street after son killed by illegal immigrant driving drunk

A grieving mother told a South Carolina court she was slapped with several bills, including one to clean the street after her son was killed by a drunken driver last year.

Loretta Robinson spoke on June 19 of the emotional and financial toll her son Justin Walker's death had on her as the driver Anna Gonzales, who is an illegal immigrant, pleaded guilty in the case.

"I had to pay to have the vehicle towed," she said according to WYFF. "I had to pay for the vehicle removed and to clean up the street from Justin's blood on the ground."
