plus now instead of spending FA money on a WR...Bears can go get Super Mario Williams...him and Peppers rushing off the edge....opposing QB's are gonna have nightmares.

Hmmm. Good for them. They certainly needed a WR. Hope he can keep his head on straight now.
As a Packers fan, I'd really like to see the rest of the NFC North knock Detroit back down. Couldn't stand them last year. |

GREAT pickup by the Bears. Wow. Cutler and Marshall were amazing in Denver. That's big. If they pickup Mario Williams as well, look out.

This is friggin legit! Plus, Bates who was their OC in Denver is the passing game coord. for the Bears now.
Get Mario Williams and either go WR (if Floyd's available) CB (If kirkpatrick is available) or OL in the draft! Then I can start planning my first super bowl party in our new house for this upcoming season!!! |

well according to Lombardi on NFL Network...Bears will not go get Mario Williams. They backed off him when they found out his "price tag". Buffalo is odds on favorite.
Also Lombardi just said that the Bears are working on signing QB Jason Campbell. He'd be a nice backup. |

That was my first thought when I saw that he was visiting Buffalo tonight. They've probably cleared enough cap room to offer him as much as they can. That seems to be the case when a team like Buffalo jumps in.

Nice pickup by the Rams, good player. The kind of player that everyone hates until he plays for your team.

uh oh...this doesn't sound good and has me a little worried:
@AdamSchefter: Bears WR Brandon Marshall was involved in another incident that could lead to an NFL review. More shortly at ESPN.com. |

He's a mess. It's quite the story, if all accusations end up being true. |

@StateStSports
Today is 3/16 and it looks like Tim Tebow will lose his job. Isn't it ironic, don't you think? |

Brandon Lloyd to Patriots - with Brady feeding him, Lloyd might become a weekly highlight reel.
http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/blog/ey...-brandon-lloyd Lloyd, who played with the Broncos and Rams last season, didn't hide the fact that he wanted to be reunited with Josh McDaniels, his head coach in Denver who now serves as New England's offensive coordinator. In 2010, Lloyd had 77 receptions for 1,448 yards (18.8 YPC) and 11 touchdowns. This was with Kyle Orton throwing him passes. In New England, the hope is that he will become the deep threat that Chad Ochocinco couldn't (Ochocinco had just 15 catches during the 2011 regular season and one touchdown). __________________ "I may not be as strong as I think," the old man said, "But I know many tricks and I have resolution." |

Boy, Elway really doesn't like Tebow. The whole thing is rather hilarious, how a team and its fans obsess over a guy and now forget him as if he ever existed.

The obsession was from the fans. Remember that Elway really tried not to endorse Tebow for more than the remainder of last season. Elway never wanted Tebow. He wanted a traditional QB and Manning was the only way that was going to work. It will be fun to see how the fans react - especially when Tebow is sent to Jacksonville for a 4th round pick.

Yeah I know. Elway didn't want to commit to him, but he actually ended up saying he'll be the starter next year. But of course he couldn't predict that he'd be able to sign Manning.
Jacksonville's fanbase was upset that they didn't pick Tebow, I could see that. But they also have a lot invested in Gabbert. Miami might make a stronger push. |
