I actually kind of like them. The stripe is kind of dandy and it fits in with their academic image.

Better to go more old school dandy then go anime-cyborg future ala Oregon IMHO

although bad, I am a little jealous over their deal with UA. They will get new unis every few games, unlike us who have to wait years!

I think both uniforms are fine. The stripe running across the arms and chest is something new and interesting. I know we all hate everything about Northwestern, but I really don't see anything to ridicule here.

In your opinion but perhaps your opinion of their uniforms is different than others? I personally don't like them at all either but the White's look better than the Purple's for sure.

I think opinions about the uniforms on this forum are strongly influenced by opinions about Northwestern University in general. If these were the new TCU uniforms, I'm guessing most would just be complaining (enviously) that we never get new uniforms.

People may be a little less harsh but I bet they would still say they are ugly.
