Meyers Leonard was there too. He looked sizably bigger and stronger than when he left to go train for the draft, so props to him

I assumed that he was unavailable getting ready for the season. Too bad.

John Groce comes across extremely personable. I don't know what that will ultimately mean for Illinois bball, but he strikes me as the kind of guy I would love to sit around with over a beer.

Right on me too. Guys who drink coffee in the middle of the day in the summer are only doing it because they have work to do... we all know that JG has work to do. I hope things translate very well on the court this season because he has given us a lot of reasons to be optimistic about our future

That was awesome. "Newish Chancellor" LOL. Wish we'd show that creativity and sense of humor in our ads, though. We have some of the worst advertising imaginable.
