LaTech vs Texas A&M moved to October 13th

Illini get a game advantage on LaTech for Week 4 night game at Memorial Stadium, September 22nd.

That's quite the postponement...almost six weeks?? Do they lose their bye week? Do they have to play one game Thursday and one that Saturday?

Ah well, we've got +1 advantage in our game Sept. 22nd...

Both teams originally had bye weeks Oct 13th.

wow A&M was (is) playing them in Shreveport ?!!! I guess we shouldnt be so upset about playing WMU in Kazoo in 3 years.......that, or their AD was as clueless as RG

OK, when all these SI people pick LaTech to "bust the BCS" (i.e go undefeated), it makes me a little more cocnerned about that date on our schedule.

LaTech is going to be tough. Their #1 WR is an absolute monster. This is going to be a HUGE game when they come to town.

To stay on topic of the thread...I wish this wasn't cancelled I was really excited to see how LaTech played (and was betting them +7.5

)
