Good to see, sometimes a little updating with video rooms/workout rooms, etc can go a long way.

We had a pretty special year for the 100th year of Illinois basketball.

Maybe a little bit of history repeating in 2015?

And you wonder why the team is soft! What happened to sitting on old pine planks with splinters? I really like the ashtrays in the arms of the recliners.

You know those aren't ash trays, right? They are beer can holders.

I'm guessing at least $25,000 on the chairs.

While I personally am unable to sit OR relax during Illini sporting events, I too would LOVE getting my hands on one of those chairs.

I wonder if there are any plans for whatever chairs were previously in there, if any.

They normally auction off items like these. I was able to purchase one of the old Illini football lockers when they remodeled the locker room about 7-8 years ago. I even found several single earrings that fell in the back part of the locker.

My dad owns an upholstery shop in Decatur and he can get any picture or logo embroidered in any size of color. Then he can sew it onto any couch or car interior. That would be a much cheaper option vs. trying to find a chair with the logo already on it.
