This is a cool idea, but won't the competition be watching these practices too? Or will only select practices be streamed?
Edit: Nevermind, found my answer in the article. Quote:

According to the article they may shut off the video during some points during practice, but all the practices will be live streamed for free, and coach Lon Kruger will be mic'd up some times.
Kentucky live streamed one practice last season with Cal mic'd up. It was fascinating, really drove home how much hard work goes into being an athlete. |

I can't see anyway this is a good idea. At least with experience I've had with D1 college coaches, the things they say I highly doubt they want everyone hearing, especially kids. Is Lon Kruger pretty calm and reserved?

I think most people who watch basketball practices can handle it. If things explode, yeah that could be a nightmare. But it also might be good motivation for the athletes to have fans watching, and good exposure for the program from a recruiting standpoint.

I viewed many Bradley practices (closed to public) in the Jim Less Era....and would say there VERY intense....but still PG-13 99% of the time.
