I can see why coach is bald. Takes the blame for the team's failures to play well and gives them all the credit. Where are you gonna find a coach like that? InGroceWeTrust

Coach Groce is not falling into the trap of blaming players individually, because it is a negative and it leads to players blaming other players or coaches. What is accomplished when you call out someone in front of the media? Play better or I will point out your faults in front of God and everyone. It is always better to talk with someone about things they can work on in private and then work with them to achieve the result. Every human has faults and most can improve.
