Illini had the 38th toughest schedule in the country.

Easiest schedule in the entire country...#124...Northern Illinois.

This and the return of the QB are why I'm still a bit surprised Doeren left when he did. If he'd gone back to NIU, he would have had an excellent chance of going undefeated and a shot at an elite job, while there would have been very little risk that his stock would drop.

Maybe he didn't foresee a job better than NC St opening next year.

So, OSU's scheudule is 25 points easier than ours because we have to play them, and they get to play us?
