Also out there for today is Cincinnati at Notre Dame, 1:00 Central, CBS
In the bracket watch, they are both sitting a 7 seed right now, which sort of shocks me. Feel that ND is sliding right now. We'll see. |

If you're paying attention to Lunardi, you're wasting your time. The guy is clueless. BTW, Go Sparty.

Oh, I'm not paying him any attention. I'm looking at the average of 90 different bracket mystics. Lunardi is one of 90, not primary. I'm probably letting my "love" of ND show through.

Does the nu/pu game matter for Illinois?

Im wondering if Lunardi is being forced to incorporate the BPI into his projections.
It's too weird that he has us so undervalued when the BPI has us in the 50's. |

Not really, though it would be nice if one or the other could finish the season strong and get their RPI down to under 100. Then we would only have 1 loss to a team with an RPI above 100 (what is usually defined as a bad loss).
I think, given Northwestern's injuries, Purdue has a better shot. But neither has an easy schedule down the home stretch. |

By the way, Dan, adding everyone's remaining games to this post is just great.
I love knowing that there is one easy place to go to see it all in a glance. Great way to close a season. |

Thanks FeelYourPaign I agree. Alfonz24 first suggested adding the remaining games, it's a big help

The guy isn't clueless, it's just that he's no better at predicting a bracket than I am.

PUR up 22 over visiting NU with 3:44 to go in the first half. I'd love to the NU home game back.

Keith Appling is one of the most overrated PGs in the country imo. Ballhog and a poor passer and decision maker. Seems like a SG more than a PG. Because of this, I don't think MSU will go far in the tourney.
