We may only fit 60K but we make a lot of noise when it counts.

you should increase the size of all the illinois players in that pic along with cumberland...that would make a great wallpaper

It would be the most accurate representation of that game I've seen yet!

Amen!

Come tailgate with us. We may not have all the great stuff that they do down in SEC country, but I'd bet we do it at least as well as any other Big10 school - and monumentally better than Minnesota, Iowa, Indiana, or Northwestersucks.

Champaign is pretty flat, which is conducive to parking thousands of cars, and walking while very very drunk.

I went ahead and made it my wallpaper, anyway. Hilarious pics, bonick. The commentary and photoshopability (is that a word?) was first rate!

I was wondering when someone would catch that!

And isn't that so true?

From a Michigan poster about the Illinois fans:

Quote:
http://www.maizenbrew.com/2008/10/9/...-brews-wags-of

Illinois Fans - For the most part, you were nice people. A couple of you were schmucks, but for the most part nice enough. I wish your football team luck with the remainder of your schedule. You beat us in our house and I tip my cap to you.

Certain Illinois Fans - We need to talk. Mostly about your shirt selection. Now I realize you're in college and the idea that you can curse and swear and wear whatever you want is new to you, and the fact that you can do all of those things on a T-shirt makes your insides all tingly, but grow up. Maybe it's not exclusive to Illinois fans, but the highest percentage of visiting fans to wear the oh so clever "Muck Fichigan" t-shirts are the Illini. Muck Fichigan. He he. It's like I'm swearing, but I'm not. Because the letters are swapped. It's da bomb brah.

Yeah. Ha ha. You're a dumbass. If you own or wear a shirt like that (this includes anyone with a "-uck [School]" t-shirt of any kind), I'll say it again so I'm crystal clear on this point. You're a dumbass. You can think you're clever, but those shirts and signs have been around for decades and they were stupid then too. The same with the "Ann Arbor is a Whore" t-shirt. Attention, dumbass, they've been circulating since the 60's. If you're wearing either of these shirts in public, you're not only a dumbass but you're an unoriginal dumbass. Come up with something new. I beg of you. Please prove to me there something else to do in Chambana than drink grain alcohol and pledge the Greek system.

Q: Why do University of Michigan fans keep their diplomas on their dashboards?
A: So they can park in handicap spaces.

Hahahahha, sounds like he's upset at our T-shirts. Why isn't he whining about all the Michigan kids that wear "Buck the !!!!eyes" shirts? Can you seriously whine about something that makes more sense?

Noone wears the muck fichigan shirt to be original or to be funny.

Exactly! Do people say, "Michigan sucks" because they think they're clever? No. They say it because it's effective. Anything to get under the skin of the opponent. It's called trash-talk, and it's a lot of fun. That guy would probably wet his pants if he heard the kind of things the lineman are saying to each other before the snap.

In polite circles, "trash talk" is considered poor sportsmanship.

Oh, and Illinois fans are obnoxious tools. When Michigan is slicing and dicing, I hope they bust out some really sharp knives for the Illini. I've never seen a team that has done less historically have such arrogant fans. Jesus Christmas.
Hahaha, how times have changed. Mich fans calling Illinois fans arrogant. Of course we have done less than Michigan historically. But we have done a lot. Football's first superstar was from Illinois.
