A list of the Illini's accomplishments after they vanquished the Penn St. Nittany Lions Wednesday night:

Won the school's 1,500th all-time victory
Tied the school record for consecutive wins (17)
Tied the best start in school history (17-0)
Broke the school record for 3-pointers in a game (15)

In order to break the legendary Flyin' Illini's records in items (2) and (3), the 2004-2005 Illini must conquer the solid N'rthw'st'rn Wildcats in Evanston this weekend. The Saturday intra-state battle will be Illinois' toughest road contest to date.
