Illinois refused to be intimidated by flying pizza and beat Northwestern 78-66 Saturday afternoon at Welsh-Ryan Arena. Luther Head dismantled the Wildcats for 26 points on 9-14 shooting. The Illini are off to their best start in school history (18-0) and have the longest true road win streak in the nation (9).
