Former Illini point guard Jerrance Howard was introduced Wednesday as the new Illini assistant coach, filling the void left by Tracy Webster. Howard played for Illinois from 2001-2004, and worked under coach Billy Gillispie at Texas A&M and Kentucky the past three years. Official announcement. Tupper.
