Losing on a two-point conversion pass when a 350-pound offensive lineman catches a deflected ball with two seconds left would be defined as weird in most places.

"The way this year is going it's probably not a big surprise the game went like that," Illinois coach Ron Zook said after the 53-52 loss Saturday to Fresno State (8-4) in the season finale.
