Illinois AD Ron Guenther won't just fade away after retiring

Illinois athletic director Ron Guenther might be retiring, but football coach Ron Zook and basketball coach Bruce Weber can't imagine him disappearing from campus.
"We just don't see him quitting," Weber said Thursday before the Illini's Caravan Reception at Ditka's restaurant. "He's in the office by 6 every morning, before everybody else is out of bed. He's going to have some role [at Illinois]."
