So you're telling me there's a chance

Imagine for a moment that Penn State bungles the JoePa transition. They hire an NFL guy who doesn't mesh with college players and can't recruit, and PSU has to endure a Nebraska-like rebuild. If that happens (and believe me, every Penn State fan is frightened of it), and if it happens at the same time as the Ohio State sanctions and scholarship restrictions, then there's a good chance that 4 of the best 5 Big Ten programs will be over in the Legends division. The team with the best locked in schedule if that happens? Illinois. Only 2 games per year from the pool of Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, and Michigan State. And the current rotation -- Minnesota and Michigan -- is just about perfect for the next two years.
