Texas A&M does the unthinkable and lands Kendrick Nunn

Anyone who doesn't think that a player's recruitment is capable of turning in the wink of an eye needs to look no further than what went down today with Kendrick Nunn, the 6'2 2013 shooting guard from Simeon Career Academy in Chicago. That is because Nunn shocked the recruiting world today by offering up a verbal commitment to Texas A&M and head coach Billy Kennedy while on an unofficial visit to the College Station campus this weekend.
We are on record as saying that Nunn's commitment was as spontaneous as any that we have witnessed since Julian Wright pulled the trigger for Bill Self and Kansas less than 24 hours after Self had visited his home. There is absolutely no way anyone (outside of Nunn's family and the Aggies coaching staff) could have seen this one coming, and anyone who says otherwise is selling a bag of goods.
