Terry Hawthorne making up for lost time

"I was healthy (last year), but I wasn't 100 percent," Hawthorne said. "I was still favoring it. It slowed me down.

"What's going through my mind is coming out here now, staying healthy and basically trying to get through Rantoul and play the whole season. I'm not worrying about any injury. I'm not favoring my foot any more. I'm coming out here anxious and humble, ready to play."
