Illinois injuries and other notes

Starting Bandit end Michael Buchanan needed to be helped off the field in the fourth quarter after injuring his right knee. Zook said Sunday it's a "very, very, very" light sprain.

Defensive tackle Akeem Spence limped off the field in the fourth quarter, but Zook said he tweaked the same ankle that bothered him during fall camp and should be fine.
