Illinois-Penn State: 5 keys

Is Jason Ford just getting started?
Maybe. The senior, who was expected to have a big season as Mikel Leshoure's replacement, ran for 83 yards and caught five passes for another 69 in last Saturday's loss at Purdue. It was his best game of the season and he showed more of a burst than he had in previous games. With his Illinois career winding down, Ford is running out of time to impress pro scouts and his peers. A big game against the Nittany Lions would provide a boost.
