If there's an MVP for the Illini in Big Ten play it's Bertrand, who was 11 of 12 from the field against the Cornhuskers. For anyone scoring at home, he's shooting 65.8 percent from the field in Big Ten play and 72.3 percent in the last five games. He has become the best scoring option if defenses want to double team center Meyers Leonard.
