New Illinois football coach Tim Beckman and his staff landed one of the state's top Class of 2013 players Thursday when Bolingbrook junior quarterback Aaron Bailey orally committed to the Illini.
"I just prayed about my decision and we also talked things over as a family, and I'm very happy to pledge to the Fighting Illini," Bailey said.
"Illinois was always just the best all around fit for me. I went to a spring practice and I was able to see myself playing for Illinois."
