This staff is far from average

Joe Henricksen: "With an average staff, you're working from behind. But this staff is far from average as far as getting out and doing what they need to do. With the hiring of Paris Parham, that helps. That should speed up the process, even establish closer and better relationships with Illinois prospects. But this staff, I think from all I've gathered and watched, they're very aggressiveness, not only in Illinois but they're recruiting around all the Midwest. So I think 2014 is a class -- as well as 2015 -- where they can really make some headway. That's not to say they can't get good things done in 2013, but just by the personalities of this staff, the dynamic of this staff, the well-rounded staff that it is, I think they have every opportunity to do very well in 2014 and 2015.
