Bob Asmussen recovering after suffering heart attack

The Champaign-Urbana News-Gazette's long time football beat writer is recovering after suffering a heart attack.

It turns out that Bob Asmussen had a heart attack. It wasn't a sudden thing, but rather a four-week event which finally caused him to go to the hospital. He is in ICU. Should be in a room to take visitors in a couple of days. Don't know when he'll return to work.
