And his reaction that his expected announcement, still set for around 5:30 p.m. on ESPNU's "Recruiting Nation" now will carry absolutely no drama?
"It is what it is," Jackson said. "It's disappointing because I wasn't able to let the Illinois coaches know what was going on."
