DJ Richardson attempts to reinvent his game

"I feel like where I am now is where I should have been my sophomore year."
It's better late than never, Richardson said, and he's worked with Illini assistant coach Jamall Walker to improve his ballhandling. The plan is to make it harder to defend Richardson.
"They don't want me to be a one-dimensional player," Richardson said. "People will see a lot more of me, not just 3-point shooting D.J. Richardson."
