Matt Sinclair charged after allegedly driving and pointing a gun at another vehicle

A witness traveling on I 74 called 911 after seeing the driver of a brown pick up truck traveling on I 74 in front of her point a firearm out the window of the vehicle at a blue SUV with State of Illinois plates. Both vehicles exited at Lincoln Avenue and were located by Urbana Police officers on campus near Green Street. Sinclair was the driver of the pick up truck.
