I agree. I was at that game and believe I'll never have such a lowest of lows to highest to highs sport moment again. Just incredible! Being there and experiencing it with about a dozen friends (along with Bill Murray) made it even better.
I'd also like to ask, and maybe this is the part I'm missing... if case dismissal is my interception... what's your touchdown? Trial? Isn't that the next step anyway?
C'mon...calculated risk...cost benefit analysis. Potraying me (or his representation) as careless gamblers would be both inaccurate and unfair. Are you telling me you would have done differently in that situation given what we know (outside looking in)? I'm not an attorney, but do i need to be...
I don't think those 2 things are mutually exclusive. Can try and also not be surprised. I'd think you are doing your client a disservice if there's a remote chance of dismissal and you don't go for it.
It may seem like that, but that's not completely true imho... see our C signing also Hurley comments immediately following Championship. Things are changing fast, but I don't think that's the case yet
Since it really is no sweat off my back (or anyone's for that matter) and I only think it got mentioned once (collectively) in this thread, I'm happy to help...it appears UConn and BYU are the two bidders at $2M
I like the sound of that...for me, personally, if there is a question mark, it's on defense...not the rim protection (that seems well in hand), but rather guarding.
