I'm not a betting man but if I can get some action on whether illinois will finish above 16th on the conference (or anywhere above the teens at least) I'm gonna have to get on on that.
I know Coleman could be frustrating but he always played hard, played with heart, played 4 years (you can be on either side but a lot of guys would have transferred earlier after not playing), got his degree and has openly said he doesn't want to play for anyone who would play us...If we can't...
I don't know anything about the 5s on his team but I'm anxious to see what he can do defensively not going against another team's center. Hopefully he can show a great deal of versatility.
Ivisic isn't factored into torvik's rankings...that won't shoot us up to first by any means but it will help a lot...regardless the original poster's claim is still laughable
Clearly IANAL - can a trial have a predetermined length of time? How is it guaranteed that both sides have enough time to go over all of the evidence, question witnesses, conduct cross examinations etc?
Yeah I really don't trust BU and company to build a roster or navigate the transfer portal. They barely have the best record in the conference over the last 5 years. Those guys clearly don't know what they are doing. /S
Not untrue but he only coached at SFA for 3 years so Illinois is the only place where he could have guys commit to him and play for him for 4 years. I doubt anyone who starts their head coaching career will be much different unless there's a drastic change in rules. Obviously Trent and Damonte...
We can be thankful for what Chester has done as a player, coach and alum, not thrilled with his tweets since he left, and happy yet again that we have OA on our staff instead of Chester. We can feel all of these things at the same time. None of these are mutually exclusive.
