Clint Eastwood still has eligibility?
Agreed, if it somehow were to happen, I think he would be a difference maker for this team as currently constructed.Yes , I do remember that discussion but I've since seen unconfirmed reports (dont remember where) that he was taking classes this summer with the intention of graduating in August. True or not, who knows. If it's not true of course the point is moot. If true, he could be a possibility however remote.

Are his growth plates open and how is his athletic ability?
I hear he's got a .44 vertical. But is he 6' or only 5', to tell you the truth I've forgotten myself in all this excitement.

There is a whole lot of hand-wringing on here about how we are recruiting bigs, but to be honest, I sort of like the approach we are using given the circumstance. Clearly we can't just go grab a game-ready big man right now, both due to the lateness in the recruiting cycle and our own depleted standing in the college basketball world.
It seems to me that the strategy is actually one of recruiting a fairly large number of high potential but extremely raw big men with the hope that at least one or two will pan out. The ones that don't will likely transfer anyway, leaving those scholarships open for future recruits, and if one or two of the unheralded guys turns out to be a diamond in the rough, then this whole process would be considered a success, in my opinion. It's the equivalent of filling a couple of spots with a bunch of extra guys knowing that some of them simply won't pan out.
You didnt address any of the points I raised. Not even close. Went on a self serving rant instead.
Please provide a list of viable candidates. You seem to think there are legions of them just waiting for an invitation and the coaching staff is too ignorant or lazy to follow up on them.

Cam here is the good news I was just told - if Cunningham gets enough credits this summer at Dayton he’s transferring to Illinois. That is the end goal with our staff.

Yeah I'm not buying any of that, especially Cunningham, until the ink is dry.

Is that the same chair that Finke held scoreless??

Any particular reason you underlined “given the circumstance”
