I have been the biggest Kipper fan from day 1, but he had regressed. Seems like a player who is playing for the coach but not instinctively. Very mechanical, not being the veteran out there.

Seems like he's playing not to get his butt chewed every time he's on the floor

. My concern is the 50/50 balls we don’t seem to get. Seems like we try to dribble control the ball when we should grab or dive for it with some authority. It not quite a lack of fire it’s more like a lack of knowledge how much effort goes into every play in power 5 basketball.

Trent nearly made that last shot. Almost doesn't count, horseshoes and hand grenades. When was the last buzzer-beater? I only remember Nick Anderson at Indiana in 1989.

Kipper’s play and lack of confidence is on Kipper. Just scrubbed through DVR. His flagrant foul was just dumb. Kipper’s biggest problem is his lack of basketball awareness. Kipper, minus MSU last year, struggles when we need him the most.

I agree with some of the folks on here. AJ plays with emotion and passion. Giorgi sometimes. Most others play with very little emotion. I am a BU fan, but this is concerning and for the first time makes me wonder if these guys are playing afraid to make a mistake.

Should have won this game as I was not impressed with ND.

Funny and not directed at you but half the board said Aaron Jordan could not compete against the major teams. To date, he certainly has.

Ppl here wanted to bench him after he went for 8 and 10 vs gonzaga bc "hes supposed to shoot better than 2-6 on threes" LOL

McCamey vs Indiana
Rayvonte Rice vs Missouri
Brandon Paul vs Minnesota (I believe) in the BTT

Horrible game to watch. Brutal. I was not happy with many players on the team and I worry why in the world Samba Kane is not deemed good enough to play some minutes. We need more DaMonte

I would like to see a lot less Kipper. Also, would like to know how many And One fouls we have given up the last five years or so. Those are usually a thing of years passed, unless you play the Illini.

Someone posted ND shot 55% from 2. Actual % was 46%. Underwood, said in interview yesterday team had to cut down on fouls. Its' going to be hard to win games when a team shoots 39 fts. or in the mid to high 50's in fg. percentage and the Illini shoot in the 40's on 2's which has been the case thus far. Don't know what's going on with Jones but i could guess he hasn't got the playing time he was expecting so far. And i could be wrong.

While Illinois didn’t play particularly well, they were a little snakebit by great looks that didn’t fall.

I think we were going on a bit of an important run in the first half and then Kipper got that tech that gave them to foul shots and the ball! The momentum
stopped and we never got it back!
