Oh, Bears. I called what was going to happen before the Eagles scored towards the end, like exactly. Guys around me at the bar didn't believe me, then it played out exactly as I called it. LOL All of them wanted me to give them tonight's lottery numbers. Calling it now, though. 14-2 and Superbowl next season.
Terrible end to the season, but still a great one in my book.
Trubisky had the 2nd highest QBR behind Russell Wilson out of the 4 playoff games played this weekend. And he showed up in the 4th quarter when it mattered the most. That's the biggest takeaway. Can't wait for next season. Trubisky will learn Nagy's offense even better and we'll be able to put up 30 in a game like this instead of 15.

Told my wife that my biggest fear would be that we’d have to rely on Parkey to kick a game-winner and he’d doink another one off the upright. Never thought he’d manage to hit the crossbar too.

I got nervous after the bad offensive series and bad punt gave the Eagles a short field.
That throw by Mitch on the last series was amazing. Wasn't a fan of the spike, it gave an awkward down situation. I don't think it was a gamebreaker, just annoyed.
Tough luck on that kick. Parkey has to go. I hope he can catch on with someone else and have a good career. After that and the 4 in one game, a change of scenery is needed.

Kicking is such a simple task. I don't understand how the NFL can't find 32 kickers who are automatic inside 40-45 yards. I was kicking 25-30 yarders in 5th grade.

I said a few weeks ago that Parkey would be the guy to end the playoff run. Why they kept him after his horrible season I have no idea. So disgusted. That dude better get out of town tonight and never come back. He is now the most hated man in Chicago and that’s saying a lot. Lol
