Don't know where this goes, but in reference to UCF / Duke, I hope Tacko Fall gets drafted into the NBA. I know the league is going away from big centers, but he's a fun player to watch, and has gotten a lot better in his college career.
Fall certainly will get drafted. Guys that are 7'6 who don't come around that often. Manute Bol managed 10 years in the NBA and I think Fall is as good as he was.

I'd love to see it, but I doubt it. There was a player named Mamadou N'diaye who played on UC Irvine a few years back and was also 7'6" and he never stuck in the league. I do think Fall is more mobile and a better player, but I wouldn't think a team would take a flyer on him. Would love to be wrong.

It has been a sad existence as an Illini fan the last 10-plus years come tournament time rooting against Kansas, Tennessee and now Auburn (Bruce Pearl), Iowa, Mizzou and various other enemies of Illinois hoops, but I think I've hit a new low tonight pulling for Witchita State wins just so Indiana doesn't go to the NIT Final Four. And as a bonus get Dakich on the color. Oh for the days of just worrying about the draw Illinois gets and our path forward in the tourney

ikr....I remember the days when all I had to worry about was what seed the Illini would get in the NCAA tournament or if we would get past the sweet 16 that year. Now, I just hope to make the NIT tournament
