VT beat Duke in the regular season sans Zion. Since returning from six missed games because of a knee injury, he's averaged 27.6 points on 68.7 percent shooting overall and 46.7 percent from 3. In other words, don't expect a repeat.

So much sleaze tonight - LSU, MSU, Auburn, North Carolina, Duke, Houston, Kentucky (listed in the order of the schedule Calvin posted above).

That is seven out of eight!

It is a pretty instructive lesson on what it takes to win in basketball.

I don't know much about Virginia Tech. Maybe they are on the slime train too.

4 words on VaTech is all you need to know--Buzz Williams and Landers Nolley. LOL

For those attending UNC v. Auburn live....here are your fashion choices.....this should keep most of the scum off of you. Pretty sure Pearl's scum is radioactive.

Given our recent NCAA history (or lack thereof), perhaps Illini fans should start referring to the tournament as “March Sadness” instead of “March Madness”.

Buzz is pretty well respected around here - haven't heard of any issues. Not sure how true the Nolley issue is - but clearly he was not able to clear himself. Not slime train material at all.

Sports talk radio today shouted out this factoid: Last time VaTech made the sweet 16 - 1967.
And who knows how many players on this year's team are football players at a football school.

Buzz also covered up a sexual assault at Marquette. Our society should have no use for that type of slime. Secondly, Nolley clearly had somebody else take his ACT test. In my book that is cheating. NCAA has not cleared him.

My God, Satan is crying in his postgame. It's impossible to hate him more....but somehow I do now.
He was crying because his player blew out his knee in dramatic fashion and he was asked about him in the post game. I'd hope BU feels the same way about the kids on our team.

Did Buzz sanction the ACT? Not familiar with the Marquette issue. If true, obviously no excuses.

There's some good news. North Carolina finally got an education! I have to give credit to a friend who posted this online. Almost spit my drink out when I read it. Almost.

Duke and UVa both won in early season ACC-B1G Challenge, while MSU and Purdue both lost. Hopefully they turn that around.
