Comparable to Frazier, except, I think Trent and him were even as shooters, KK's game though shows more improved right hand dribble ability and hops than TF had at the same age....hops still today even.
Why is it that so many of the good shooters are left handed. At least it seems that way without looking at stats. Seems like all three guards use both hands better than Ayo did out of HS.

Happy National Drink Beer Day. With that final 6 announcement, I may just have one.

Does the KKR OV announcement speed up Curbello possibly visiting? Or negatively deter him? It's one of those glass half full questions.

Could this be a scenario where Miller is keeping list large to get teammates views. I remember in the past this was something somewhat common.

Good to know. I liked KK’s highlights that were posted above. Definitely saw shooting ability and he seemed like a smooth operator too. I’m glad you think KK is more ambidextrous than TF. TF was pretty bad going to his right during his freshman year, but I saw improvement last year in that regard. Hoping for further development this year.

TC....just saw that both Irvins were here last week with his mother and some family also.

Can't imagine KU would have a chance, the NCAA seems determined to actually go after a blue blood. Probably wants to send Duke a message

St John's just got another guard to commit making that their 3rd guard commit for the 2020 class. You'd have to think St John's is out for Andre Curbelo.

Miami, and Illinois out front for Curbelo. Oregon could make a push as well, depends if they get Jalen Green...

Indiana likes Hassan Diarra more. St. John's not prioritizing him.

No one has mentioned Louisville as a possibility and I certainly don't know anything but in a related vein to the above Louisville just signed Jay Scrubb, SG, supposedly a top JUCO player, so maybe that will impact Miller's decision in regard to Louisville. Or maybe not.

Louisville basketball lands homegrown 2020 star

Scrubb is likely going to head to the NBA if he has a good year and won't even wind up at Louisville.

NBA scouts have already been keeping tabs on him. (Pacers, Kings, Lakers, Mavericks, Heat)

If any other school just locked down down a 200+ ranked, 6’10 200lb future college power forward, would you be making the same claim?

Or would you say something like, “he’s not gonna help right now and they’ll be lucky if he develops into something in a couple years.”

Ngl, I like Hawkins, tall, long, some handle and shooting ability. But he’s a project.

The optimism some Illini fans maintain is impressive, because IL has been Murphy’s Law when it comes to revenue sports basically since the Rose Bowl appearance. I’m probably too far the other way (expecting the worst outcome) due to years of conditioning. I applaud those who can stay optimistic in the face of all that we’ve endured in the last decade plus.
