I was at the game so didn't benefit from all the angles TV has to offer, but was that just about the worst officiating we've seen at State Farm in a very long time? Those guys need to go back to high school games for a season. I felt that the ref's really dictated the outcome of the game. Just terrible.

Been attentive to college hoops for 65 years and there is no league ever that has had close to so many good teams loaded with so much talent as the B1G this year. Look at Purdue in the bottom half of the league with strong play as well as experience at every position and yet get blown out twice by the Illini.
That may very well be true especially since we expanded the league. However, 88'-89'
had the best top teams ever. 60 year bb fan. You got me by 5. šŸ˜Š

Yeah, I'm not sure what he's talking about. We feature a big pack in the 10-30 range. But there have been plenty of years when conferences have legitimately had 5 maybe even 6 top 20 teams.

Going back to Lex post. I was listening to the Hoosiers after game radio guys in my area in Louisville, KY. They said the same thing. The guy on the radio couldn't stop talking about the Durham missed three that he thought he was fouled. He that when it was reviewed for possession that they should have given the ball back to IU because they missed the foul. He wants to see calls like the one they supposedly missed to review and instead of a foul on the player give possession to the shooting team. I thought the game would go on for another hour. Good win in second place and moving forward.

Giorgi hit 2 layups in quick succession and Archie called a timeout. First play out of the timeout was designed for Giorgi. I love that from BU. Giorgi made a great move to get Trayce in the air, just couldn't get it to fall.

Good to see Giorgi play much better on both ends of the floor. It should help him with his confidence. We really need his production going into the tourney. I may be the only one, but I was happy to see Williams look for his offense more. Granted, he got caught on the baseline a few times, but he can add more pressure on the defense if he can create a little offense. Kofi played big today! Canā€™t say enough about Dre. Heā€™s a warrior!
