Are they though? Is that what we're putting out for recruits? Seems more geared toward the fan. I would think game film/highlights would be more relevant and appealing to the recruit than some practice highlights - some of which are fairly mundane unless you have a relationship (fan) with the player.
Why can't they be both? And honestly, the majority of fans don't care about breaking down film of practice. They're producing for the majority, not those of us who obsessively follow the team and worry about the Xs and Os.

Lol man recruits aren't out here breaking down film on social media. It's like watching NBA highlights. You just want some quick dose of the game
The highlights were what i was referring to. lol.

Not sure why this came across this way - (perhaps it was the use of the word 'film') but my point is - in game highlights - even 60 seconds of such - are probably a much better attraction than lame practice highlights. Same amount of time to watch - just against competition rather than your team mates in an underground gym. Doesn't have to be the same game - can be a compilation - but practice highlights would not mean anything to me as a recruit. In front of a noisy crowd, in your face dunk would.

That's fair, but how much do any of us really get from a one minute highlight? That's the case whether it's one minute highlights from a game or practice. If OP really wants to break down highlights or film and go over the x's and o's, then they need to get access to actual film not whatever they put up on Twitter.

My personal thought is that music and editing are strategies which are often use to hype dull programming. I think the performance of a good basketball team can stand on its own without music, of any kind, and only minor editing.

Man, how far we've come from the team that lost to Eastern Illinois a few years ago (Go Panthers! (in all other settings)). Hoping to see us comfortably beat the Aggies and then see the Panthers upset Wiscy.
That loss to EIU was a major league disappointment!! Seems like I remember watching it on closed circuit TV or something.

I'm thinking we blow right through these first three games. Too much offensive fire power and too much size to be slowed down.

As I remember at the time Underwood saw it coming. He booked that one as a wake up to the players.
One of the things from that game was BU saying Trent was so nervous that he couldn't dribble. We had Mark Smith back then and the thought was that he was going to ge the top freshmen. That changed when Trent got going.

That did not stop early season games in previous years getting Schmack'd onto the "plus" network. I am betting at least one winds up on BTN+ and would not rule out all three landing there.
It is Schmack season!!!! I’m so ready.

You're still staying visible with practice highlights. Kids that want to see Curbelo and Miller get to see them in practice. We haven't had a game with them in it, yet.

You truly don't think that guys like Miller, Curbelo, and Hawkins couldn't maintain a blowout?
Expecting freshman jitters. Would be happy to be wrong. If those three come in playing in "mid-season" form, the sky's the limit for our team this year (even moreso than I thought before).
