Notes a “scary incident” with a reporter we all likely know who it is. Good read.

What’s sad is... I like Wake. Always have. We are similar schools in so many ways and the fact that they think there’s a large gap between the schools shows the irrationality of them. Oh well. Looking forward to seeing them next month. Should be fun!
I don’t trust Gulati to make the right decision.
Allardyce developer Yedlin so he wouldn’t be awful. (Don’t want him tho)
The president of the federation isn’t a paid position. Until that happens our candidates for that will be weak.

I can’t believe the legendary Danny Manning isn’t in this list. Shocked.
The Wake board just cracks me up.
“Underwood seems like a very good coach, but it's still only his 2nd year. Danny & company are now entering their 4th and things are falling into place. Wake seems like the safer choice, but when you're young, supremely talented, and very confident, I suppose...
He only really dropped 3expected points. I don’t think he failed. He likely would have made the World Cup. He sure as hell wouldn’t have sat Geoff Cameron during the most important game of the year and watch Gonzales boot it into our net.
“i'm glad illinois was able to hire an assistant coach solely to land a good recruit. if they can just hire a new assistant coach every offseason with ties to a highly ranked player, they might have 2 or 3 good players in a few years, assuming no early departures of course.”
We are now Missouri...
