At this rate the entire team will foul out.

Penn State just beat Maryland at Penn State. They're peaking at a pretty good time. Edit: In case anyone missed that.

I hope Ayo and Feliz are quick enough to keep up with Edwards on the dribble from the start. Ayo's length could frustrate him and Feliz plays so hard that I can't imagine not getting frustrated with him.

Still enough time to win, but I'm not seeing how it happens. I hope I'm wrong.

How does that make any sense? Wasn't the block was because the PS player threw his elbow into him?

I'm at a bar with no sound. What was the call on the foul flagrant foul combo? How do they call a foul on Felix and give a flagrant when the contact was caused by the flagrant?

Vanderbilt got in at-large in 2017 and Alabama got in at-large in 2018 with 15 losses both at 19-15.

And it will be the craziest win possible. Probably the next one. Or against MSU. Or OSU on the road or something.

I spend most games furious about the refereeing. Like, I know we commit fouls like crazy, but the amount of leeway other teams get on bodying and hand checking out ballhandlers while we get called for every darn touch foul is pretty frustrating.

Pregame: Illinois at Northwestern, Sunday, January 6th, 12:00pm CT, BTN

I was very worried as the shot was going up that there would be a foul called on GB (just because it was physical play and that seems like a call that would go against us this year) and was pleasantly surprised. I thought he defended very well on that possession, JM was just too strong backing...

I've watched all of the games besides this one and Xavier. I still can't imagine going winless in Big 10 play. Consider me an eternal optimist. I'm just not seeing where a win comes from. We clearly have no home court advantage and I'm pretty sure we'll get smacked on the road every time.

What is happening with the fouls? Could a Big 10 team shoot 50+ free throws against us this year?

Based on the box score, I'm glad that BTN+ is garbage and I couldn't watch because my account is locked and their support wouldn't respond to my emails and the automated emails to reset never showed up.

The ranking isn't based on having 5 commits at all. 247 doesn't count unranked players toward the total class ranking, so Alan Griffin and Giorgi B. are not even counted toward the overall class score. I agree with the sentiment that this isn't "one of the best" classes we've ever had, though...

Great story. BP was a great player for Illinois, and I'm glad he's seeing his hard work pay off. Glad he's in the NBA, it makes following his career a little easier.
