Is Jose Mourinho coming back next season at Manchester United? If not, we need to try to snag Julian Naglesmann from Bundesliga team 1899 Hoffenheim, before Arsenal or some other big name club does.

Dude could bring back more exciting football to United, which hasn't really existed since the Fergie days...

what? tired of Jose's antics already? I thought he was guaranteed at least into the third year before the dressing room turned against him

Everton won today at Huddersfield Town 2:0. Goals by Cenk Tosun and Idrissa Gueye. Everton looked alright against a side trying to avoid relegation for next season.

Toffees host Southampton in Everton's Goodison finale for this season next Saturday.

On the other side, it's not gonna be easy for the Terriers to avoid relegation as they still have away matches at Manchester City and Chelsea and a home match against Arsenal, which will be Wenger's final match as the manager of the Gunners. Pretty tough stretch for Huddersfield to end the season.

Don't know if the dressing room has turned on him, but while he wins, his style isn't pretty, LOL!!!

Nagelsmann seems to be an up and comer. Been rumored to both Bayern Munich and now the Arsenal job. Would love to see him at Man United

And we have our first team clinching relegation today as Stoke City gave up 2 goals in the second half at home to Crystal Palace resulting in a 1:2 loss for Stoke City and thus the Potters have now been relegated to the Championship. It will be the first time since 2007 that Stoke City won't be playing in the Premier League, who never finished higher than 9th in the table during their current run.

Crystal Palace also becomes the first side in league to lose their first 7 matches and avoid relegation.

West Brom may be joining Stoke City if they can't pull off the upset over Spurs in the 2nd half.

looks like west brom is safe for now but they need Southampton and Swansea to lose out their last five combined matches as well as beat Crystal Palace on the final day.

Tom Davies with the late stunner for the Toffees who get the 1:1 draw in the Goodison finale for this season vs. Southampton. Davies scored in the 96th minute in stoppage time to stun the Saints and give West Brom a brief reprieve.

Toffees conclude their season next Sunday at West Ham. Southampton travels to Swansea on Tuesday before concluding their season at home vs. Manchester City.

That Tuesday match between Southampton and Swansea will be huge for West Brom as well. If that match ends up with any result other than a draw, then the Baggies will be relegated.

I never really post in here palace are safe! Next year if we can finally stay healthy and maybe keep Ruben Loftus-Cheek we should be dangerous. Also putting together a full season would be nice as we are 5th best team in the league since Jan 1st.

Southampton won 0:1 over Swansea City today with a goal in the 72nd minute.

This result means that West Brom have officially been relegated.

I'll post the remaining relegation scenarios later this evening.

So here's the different relegation scenarios for the 3 teams remaining who can still be relegated:

Swansea City will be relegated if…
-It fails to defeat visiting Stoke City on Sunday.
-It wins against Stoke City but Huddersfield Town gets a point or more from either of its remaining matches (Wednesday at Chelsea and Sunday versus Arsenal) AND Southampton doesn’t lose to Man City, or Southampton loses to Man City without a change in goal differential (Swans’ differential is nine goals worse than Saints).

Huddersfield Town will be relegated if…
-It loses at Chelsea on Wednesday and home to Arsenal on Sunday AND Swansea beats Stoke City on Sunday AND Southampton draws or beats Manchester City on Sunday, or Southampton loses to Manchester City by a wild amount of goals (The goal differential currently favors Saints by 11, and this scenarios sees Huddersfield’s goal differential take at least a two-goal hit).

Southampton will be relegated if…
-It loses at home to Manchester City AND Huddersfield Town draws or beats Chelsea on Wednesday or Arsenal on Sunday AND Swansea City beats Stoke City and its margin of victory combined with Southampton’s losing margin against Man City overcomes nine goals worth of differential.

Tottenham clinch Champions League for next year with a 1-0 win over Newcastle and Chelsea's 1-1 draw with Huddersfield.

Not bad for a team who played every game away from home this season. :thumb:

Chelsea's 1-1 draw with Huddersfield.

In addition, this result means that Huddersfield will also stay up and have avoided relegation.

First time since the 2011-12 season (QPR, Norwich City, and Swansea) that all 3 promoted sides stay up. Swansea is the only one of those three, at this point, still in the Premier League.

And rather than fly back to Yorkshire after the draw, the Terriers decided to cancel their flight home and were going to celebrate their Premier League survival on a bus back. There were reports of crates of beer being carried down the Stamford Bridge tunnel to the away dressing room following the match: http://www.espn.com/soccer/huddersf...will-celebrate-premier-league-survival-on-bus

Pretty impressive for them to survive considering FiveThirtyEight had them as the highest chance to be relegated heading into the season at 57%.

Looks like any Burnley and Bournemouth fans will have a tough time following their sides on Sunday.

Everton loses 3:1 at West Ham today. Another uninspired effort by the Toffees under Big Sam. Lone goal for Everton by Niasse. 2 goals by Lanzini and another by Arnautovic for the Hammers.

I would be very surprised if Allardyce is brought back next season.
